Pελagía ✦ The Full Symphony
A year-long Sacred Medicine odyssey through the four movements - for the woman at her threshold

Pελagía · The Full Symphony is a one-year passage through all four movements of the symphony - four Sacred Medicine journeys, each held inside its own season of preparation, crossing, and integration - moving between private locations in and around Bucerías, Mexico, and Calgary, Alberta.
It is for the woman who has done the work - the therapy, the underlined books - and is still, quietly, being called. Not for a single afternoon. For a year of her own becoming.
It is the rare place where clinical care and sacred witness live in one woman, mapped by a teaching - the four movements, the five points of the starfish - that turns a beautiful year into a becoming you can navigate.
Make no mistake: this is depth.
Not a retreat. Not a getaway. Not a lighter season among friends. It is a full symphony, and you are meant to be changed by the end of it.
Step Inside
The whole of Pελagía waits behind this door.
The four movements and their archetypes. What each season holds. The three doorways, where and when, and the investment. The questions women ask me, answered.
You Have Done Everything. And Something Is Still Calling.
You wake before the alarm, most mornings. Not rested - just done sleeping.
There is a moment, before the day claims you, when you lie still and feel it: a low hum under the ribs you have no name for. Not sadness exactly. Not pain you could point a doctor to. Just a weight. A bracing. The body already tired of a day that hasn't started.
Then you rise, and you become useful.
The day fills, the way it always fills.
The list. The people. The messages you answer before your feet hit the floor. You are so good at this - the capable one, the one who holds it, the one everybody counts on. Your calendar is full. Coffees, committees, the grandchildren, the volunteering, the trip you planned for someone else. It looks, from the outside, like a rich life. It is, in most of the ways that can be counted.
And by noon you have poured yourself into a dozen small vessels and kept nothing back for the one that is you.
You have spent a lifetime learning to give. What no one taught you was how to be met.
The conversations are lovely. And they touch nothing.
You sit across from good people and talk about the weather, the kids, the knee, the news. Pleasant. Warm. Utterly shallow. You leave and cannot remember a word. Somewhere in you is a woman starving for one conversation that goes to the marrow - with a woman who speaks from lived wisdom and not from a podcast - and you have almost stopped expecting to find her.
There may be a relationship you cannot quite tell the truth in. Not because it's bad. Because the truth has grown too large for the room you've kept it in. So you translate yourself, smaller, one more time, and call it keeping the peace.
The body has gone quiet.
It still works. It walks, it shows up, it does what's asked. But vibrant is a word you'd use about someone else now. The energy that used to be a given is something you ration. Sensuality - that old, warm, electric thing - feels like a country you used to live in and can't quite find the road back to. You are not sure when it left. You are not sure you're allowed to want it back.
And you spend - on the dinners, the getaways, the beautiful things - experiences that entertain you and then release you, unchanged, exactly where they found you. Enough money. Not enough meaning.
At night, the hum returns.
The house goes still. And in that stillness, when no one needs anything and there's no one left to be useful for, the question surfaces the way it always does:
Is this all there is?
You've done the courses. The therapy. The books with the underlined passages. You have insight - you can name your patterns, your history, your wounds, in complete sentences. And you carry every one of them in your shoulders anyway. You understand yourself perfectly. You just don't consistently feel yourself. You've mistaken knowing the map for having walked the land.
You lie down tired and wake up braced. And some nights, quietly, you wonder if you are broken.

You are not broken.
And there are the women you live as, without meaning to.
Because this is the deeper part - the part no one says out loud.
There is the one who performs. Who earns her worth by being needed, gives love to be given a reason to exist, and cannot remember the last time she was cherished for nothing at all.
There is the one who waits. Who keeps hoping the right teacher, the right book, the right someone will finally arrive and hand her the answer - and hands her own authority away, again, in the hoping.
There is the one who explains. Who has a reason it turned out this way - the timing, the marriage, the money, the men, the era - and doesn't yet see that "it happened to me" is the most comfortable cage she owns.
And there is the one who whispers who do you think you are. The critic at the door of every good thing, who lets the insight in and never once lets it reach the body. The reason the workshop faded by morning. The reason the door opened and you stood in the doorway and never walked through.
You have lived as all four. Some days as all four before breakfast.
And still.
None of this is a malfunction. You are not a problem to be solved.
This is not depression. It is not decline. It is not too late.
It is a tide going out.
And a tide that goes out is not a single day's weather. It is a season. Then another. Then a whole turning of the year - which is exactly what the next twelve months are for.
Who This Is For
This is for you if:
- You have done the work - years of it - and something is still calling.
- You are not in crisis. You are at a threshold.
- You are ready to give a year - not an afternoon - to your own becoming.
- You are spiritually open, and far past platitudes.
- You want to be witnessed, not fixed.
- You are ready to meet your body, not only talk about it.
- You want depth, and a real human relationship - not a program, not a funnel.
- You can invest in yourself without it being a hardship - and you understand that what you're buying is a relationship with your own becoming.
What will pull you through:
You are tired of carrying it all in your head.
You want to come home to yourself before another year passes.
You are ready, finally, to stop running - and to be met.
You suspect your suffering has meant something. You want to find out what.
Who This Is Not For
I would rather be honest with you now than have you arrive in the wrong room. The Full Symphony is not the right fit if:
- You want to be fixed in an afternoon. This is a year on a path, not a cure.
- You want a one-off experience with no preparation and no integration. That isn't what this is, and I wouldn't offer it that way.
- You cannot yet commit to the arc of a full year. A single movement may be your doorway instead - and that's a good and honest place to begin.
- You are looking for someone to confirm that your life is happening to you. The work begins where blame ends.
- The sacred or the sensual makes you want to bolt. You'll feel the frequency, and it's better we both know.
- You are in acute crisis, or carrying untreated severe mental illness. This work is for women integrating their lives, not for steadying an emergency - and as a nurse, I know the difference, and will point you, with love, toward the right support.
None of this is a wall. It's a door with your name, or someone else's, on it.
How to Begin
There is one step, and it is simple:
Reach out when you feel the pull.
Send me a message. Email me. PM me. Tell me a little about where you are and what's calling you.
No funnel. No booking bots. No hard sell.
I reply - myself.
From there, we'll have a real conversation, and you'll know.
In Their Own Words
You don't have to take my word for any of this. Listen instead to the women who have already crossed.
"It was sweet and deeply enjoyable. I surrendered to the rhythm of my playlist… I gradually lost all sense of time. I felt immersed in serenity, in a kind of quiet magic, and in the lightness of simply being. The gentle ocean breeze and the birds in motion brought a feeling of aliveness and grace. My spirit felt as though it were dancing, touching something sacred within the beauty of the moment. It was a nudge to keep this curiosity alive and the childlike nature that resides within."
"I felt compelled to participate, not knowing what I might expect or how I would respond - I just knew I needed it. I was transitioning through really big life changes… From the moment of entering the serene space MaryFrances created for us, it felt calming, assuring, and safe - a space that I could trust to relax into and let go of any expectations or fears… Don't hesitate, don't be afraid - just trust."
This is an offer, not a contract. The practical pieces - how the investment is held across the year, scheduling, what to expect on each day - we settle together when you reach out, simply and clearly.
With Big Love, MaryFrances
